1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the dk77 online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, applications and promotional materials made available through the website at https://dk77.cam (the "Platform"). Users in Pakistan acknowledge the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related legislation, and take full personal responsibility for their use of the Platform in compliance with all applicable local laws.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access gaming services on dk77, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information as requested. Each User is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

4.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and any other information required during registration.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate and up-to-date. dk77 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must not share your password with any third party.

dk77 is required to conduct identity and age verification as part of its KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to provide the following documents before deposits are processed, winnings are paid, or withdrawals are approved:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this typically means a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of residential address (for example, a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months) where required by the operator.

5 Terms of Use

• Harassing, threatening or abusing dk77 staff, support agents or other Users.

Breach of any prohibited activity provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dk77 may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of each offer. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers on the Platform:

1. Illustrative Examples: Any PKR bonus amounts referenced on the Platform (including examples such as "100% up to PKR 25,000", "up to PKR 10,000" or similar) are illustrative only and are not guaranteed live promotions. Actual offer values, eligibility and availability are subject to the operator's current published terms.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 7 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dk77 Platform are subject to the following terms. dk77 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples only. The mention of these payment providers does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it guarantee that these methods are currently available in the Platform's live cashier.

7.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted.

8 User Conduct & Fair Play

All Users are expected to conduct themselves honestly, respectfully and in accordance with these Terms at all times. dk77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, manipulation, harassment and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform or harms other Users.

Game outcomes on certified platforms are governed by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness. Users acknowledge that all gaming involves inherent risk and that results are determined by random chance. dk77 makes no representation that any strategy, system or approach will produce consistent winnings.

9 Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dk77.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings or other financial loss arising from gameplay or betting activity.
• Interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or external factors beyond dk77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Reliance on any information or content provided on the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Any loss or damage arising from your compliance or non-compliance with applicable local laws, including laws governing online gambling in Pakistan.

dk77's total aggregate liability in connection with your use of the Platform, to the extent any liability is found, shall not exceed the total funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

dk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional systems.
• Account access from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Any legal, regulatory or compliance obligation requiring account action.

Where an account is suspended due to confirmed breach of these Terms, dk77 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, cancel pending withdrawals and retain promotional winnings. Where an account is closed at the User's own request or for non-breach reasons, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk77 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. However, users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be subject to local legislative restrictions, and dk77 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of Platform access in any specific jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

14 Amendments to These Terms

dk77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
